TX MVP Sanctuary Project

Establish our first MVP Sanctuary in Gatesville, Coryell County, TX. The overall design and goal is to create a park-like setting with views all around the country side.  Upon completion of this TX project, the sanctuary property will consist of the following:

Private Pet Care Facility and our National Headquarters

Designed and  to be built by Morton Buildings, INC (5900+ SF)

5900+ sf building to include a private pet care facility with 30 individual pet suites, their own private fenced outside run, vet care rooms, grooming room, and our national headquarters for the organization's "day-to-day" operations and the TX MVP Sanctuary operations.  Surrounding the facility will be trails for our volunteers to excerice those beloved pets who enjoy a good walk or run.  Also there will be a large fenced in exercise/play time area while our volunteers can play with the pets, plus wading pools for these furbabies in our care.  Though initially we have designed for 30 suites, we will have the ability to expand the facility up 60 additional suites over time if needed.

Honor & Remember Garden

Dedicated area to honor and remember our fallen heroes and veterans from past conflicts/wars - NEVER TO BE FORGOTTEN  Though work began back in October 2010 ongoing efforts are based on volunteers available and in-kind donations of plants, trees, etc. to complete this part of the overall project.

Fishing for Vets Pond

Establish a man-made pond open to our active duty military, their families, our wounded warriors.  Around the pond will be picnic tables and BBQ pits. Full design of this designated area is under development and once completed will be posted here.

Event/Picnic Facilities

Dedicated areas with easy access for holding events honoring our military families, wounded warriors, their families, and their beloved pets, along with fundraising events to accomplish raising funds for the MVP Sanctuary and our other programs.  The area to have 2 large covered pavilions, picnic tables, and BBQ pits.  Full design of this designated area is under development and once completed will be posted here.
 

Remembering the Pets

Dedicated area for remembering our military, veterans, and supporters pets who are waiting at the "Rainbow Bridge"   Full design of this designated area is under development and upon completion will be posted here.
